Meet the Team
JEFF EISAMAN, Founder, Co-owner and Chief Instructor. Mr. Eisaman is an NRA Certified Instructor, Training Counselor, Refuse To Be A Victim Instructor, and Chief Range Safety Officer. Mr. Eisaman has worked in many leadership, instructional, and facilitator roles in the private sector with several large corporations. He is a Certified Simunitions Instructor from General Dynamics, a US Concealed Carry Association Certified Instructor, and an instructor for ALERRT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training). Mr. Eisaman is a retired Deputy Game Warden and continues as a Hunter Trapper Education Instructor with the Pennsylvania Game Commission. Mr. Eisaman is involved with many community organizations such as the American Legion, Bedford County Sportsmen's Club, founding member of the Bedford County Pistol League, Boy Scouts of America, Conservation Officers of Pennsylvania Association, International Defensive Pistol Association, Life Member of the National Rifle Association, Hopewell Area Sportsmen's Association, National Eagle Scout Association, Bedford High School Clay Target Team, and the North American Wildlife Enforcement Officer's Association. Mr. Eisaman earned the prestigious Eagle Scout award through the Boy Scouts of America in 1988. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology with a minor in Pre-Law and was a Distinguished Military Graduate of the Reserve Officers Training Corps. After graduation, Mr. Eisaman was commissioned in the US Army Signal Corps and was on active duty with assignments in Fort Gordon GA, Fort Meade MD, Pentagon, Fort Belvoir VA, Fort Polk LA, Germany, Korea, Egypt, and Lithuania.
JOHN "JACK" REESE, Co-owner, Certified Instructor and Law Enforcement Training Coordinator. Mr. Reese is a certified instructor who retired from the District of Columbia Police Department after 26 years of service. Mr. Reese's experience ranges from uniform patrol functions to conducting federal fugitive investigation where he spent the majority of his career. He has had the opportunity to work and train with local, state and federal law enforcement organizations on a regular basis while conducting investigations and high risk warrant service. Mr. Reese brings his experience, knowledge, and skill sets to the training environment to create realistic and dynamic training instruction. Mr. Reese will use practical, reality based instruction to improve participants awareness, skills, and personal safety, be it as a Civilian, Security or Law Enforcement professionals.
SCOTT SNYDER, Primary Instructor and Range Safety Officer. Mr. Snyder is an NRA Certified Pistol, Rifle Shotgun, and Muzzleloading Instructor as well as an NRA Lifetime Endowment Member. Mr.Snyder currently works as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer and travels the US and parts of Europe. He has been involved in shooting competition in several venues for the past 14 years. He is involved in multiple local community organizations such Hopewell Area Sportsman Club, Bedford County Sportsman club and H&BT Rails to trails. Mr. Snyder grew up learning to shoot from beginning to hunt at a young age as well as being in the Boy Scouts of America. He is an EAGLE scout and served as an Assistant scoutmaster and Instructor from the Baltimore area prior to relocating to Pennsylvania, He currently is a merit badge counselor and council member in the local Laurel Highlands Council. He is an avid shooter, reloader and sportsman dedicated to teaching firearms safety and responsibility to the community.
BILL KILLIAN, Primary Instructor. Mr. Killian is an NRA Certified Pistol and Personal Protection Instructor as well as an NRA Patron Member. Mr.Killian is a retired principal and teacher from the Altoona School District with over 32 years of service to the school district. He was also employed by the Home Nursing Agency part time for over 15 years working with special needs children. He has been involved in shooting in several venues for the past 50 years. He has completed a multitude of firearms training concentrating on mainly pistol training, including many personal protection and tactical courses. Bill has completed the majority of his training with Centerpoint and fully supports the company mission statement by providing his expertise to Centerpoint as an instructor.
